Fall Honey 2025

$0.00

This honey is the bulk of what I collect, and usually what most beekeepers sell. It’s the mid-late season honey, where in Canada and Ontario, the Goldenrod flower comes out around mid to late July and lasts until the last harvest.

Where the spring honey has flavours of the many light spring plants and summer honey, and rarely crystalizes, the bees LOVE goldenrod, and it’s very plentiful as basically tall yellow stdalks that blow in the wind in massive meadows at the end of season.

When goldenrod hits it takes over as the main flavour of the honey, and this kind tastes like “regular” honey you would buy in a grocery store. (Of course mine is WAYYY better).

As this honey is my bulk of the season honey, and I will have TONS I will be selling it cheaper than the rest of the honey because of the sheer amount I will have. In no way does it taste any less than the spring honey, it’s just different.

PRICES:

Small: 6 Dollars —Medium 10 dollars— Large: 20 dollars

Small with Return: 4 dollars— Medium: 8 dollars —Large 18 Dollars.
